Do I need a consultation before my first treatment?
Yes. All new clients begin with a consultation so I can assess your skin and recommend the right treatment plan. For convenience, you can book Consultation & Treatment to complete both during the same visit when appropriate.
Can I get a facial with active breakouts?
Yes. Active breakouts can be treated, but the right facial depends on your skin and the type of acne you’re experiencing. A consultation will help determine whether an Acne Facial is the best place to start.
How often should I schedule a facial?
Most clients benefit from a facial every four weeks. Corrective and acne treatment plans may require appointments every two weeks based on your skin and goals.
What is your cancellation policy?
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to a $75 fee.
